
Jack began his investment industry in 2013 and joined Stifel in 2025. Prior to joining Stifel, he served as a Senior Vice President and Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch for 12 years.
Jack works alongside his clients to guide them through and help simplify their financial lives. His approach begins by developing a comprehensive plan and then building an investment strategy to support his clients’ goals and needs. The team employs customized strategies to track clients’ net worth, asset allocation, retirement plan, educational planning, stock options, estate planning, and insurance policies to help pursue their specific goals.
Jack earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he also played football. He and his wife, Caitlin, met at the University of Missouri and have four children. Besides spending time with family, he enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams and playing golf.

Avis began her financial services career in 1995 and joined Stifel in 2025. Prior to joining Stifel, she served as a Registered Senior Wealth Management Client Associate at both Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley.
Avis leads our Account Operations process for the team. She works with clients on all operational aspects of their accounts, making sure every detail is exact from account set up to money movements.
Avis served as an Administrative Specialist in the US Army Reserves for seven years. She and her husband, Brian, have four children and six grandchildren. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Avis is an avid supporter of the Challenge To Change Church Food Pantry and the Alzheimer's Association Senior Walk.

Megan began her financial services career in 2021 and joined Stifel in 2025 . Prior to joining Stifel, she worked as a high school English teacher, an executive assistant for a local family office, and spent four years at Merrill Lynch as a client associate.
Megan leads the team's client experience process. She is committed to ensuring that clients are fully engaged in the account-related aspects of their wealth management, coordinating appointments and assisting with client-facing technology.
Megan earned a bachelor's degree in secondary education from the University of Missouri–Columbia as well as a master's degree in educational theory and practice from Arkansas State University. She and her husband, Kevin, live in Webster Groves and have three children.
